Terms of Service

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the basic matters concerning the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SANDBOX NETWORK Inc. (the “Company”), which operates the website and provides the services offered by the Company (the “Service”), and users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service.

Article 2 Definition of Terms

The definitions of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

Terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and general customary practice.

Article 3 Effect and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
3. When amending these Terms and Conditions, the Company shall give notice, specifying the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, from 7 days prior to the effective date (or 30 days prior in the case of a change that is unfavorable or material to users).

Article 4 Provision and Change of Service

The Company provides the following services.

• Provision of information and content related to the Company, creators, and business
• Online application and reception services for recruitment, collaboration, inquiries, etc.
• Posting services for news, notices, IR information, etc.
• Other business and ancillary services determined by the Company

Suspension of Service

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as system maintenance or replacement, equipment failure, or communication outage, and shall give notice thereof in advance or afterward.

Article 5 Obligations of Users

A user shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.

1. Misappropriating another person's information or registering false information
2. Altering, reproducing, or distributing information posted by the Company without authorization
3. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, reputation, or other rights of the Company or a third party
4. Interfering with the stable operation of the Service or violating applicable laws

Article 6 Intellectual Property Rights

1. Intellectual property rights in the content and works included in the Service belong to the Company or the rightful right holder.
2. A user shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use content for commercial purposes, or allow a third party to do so, without the Company's prior written consent.
3. The use of CI, BI, and design assets provided by the Company shall be governed by separately established brand guidelines.

Article 7 Management of Posts

If a post made by a user violates applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions, the Company may delete or relocate the post, or refuse to publish it, without prior notice.

Legal responsibility arising from a post made by a user shall rest with the user who made the post.

Article 8 Limitation of Liability

1. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service caused by force majeure, an act of God, or a cause attributable to the user.
2. The Company's liability for damages arising from information obtained by a user through the Service shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. The Company shall have no obligation to intervene in any dispute arising between users, or between a user and a third party, in connection with the Service.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.
